UCCX8 CAD Login Problem

Hello Everyone,

I installed UCCX8.0 in vmware with premium demo licenses, and interoperate with CUCM8.0.

When I logged in Cisco Agent Desktop, I got following error "The ID you entered was net found".

Could anyone help me?

I see this problem for so many reasons in our setups which is completely diff and includes LCP, RCP and other stuffs. But I think in your case, stop and restart the Cisco Desktop Sync Server service should be done to fix it. Hi SHI ZHONGLING,


Have you completed a directory sync yet? Sometimes the sync needs to be manually performed. Go to Cisco Desktop Administrator and login. From there expand Services Configuration > Synchronize Directory Service > Press the Synchronize Directory Service button.

This should sync the data. Test the login.

If the sync fails you should see an error code. Provide this error code and we can further troubleshoot.
