UCCX9 unable to import contacts in outbound compaign

Hi, All.

UCCX 9.

When I try to import contacts in outbound compaign I have the following window. And Indicator "Status: Ready" whirls all the time and nothing else happens.

Here is the csv file content:

Joe,Blogs,441159009007,11702,11705,11705

I've already tried spaces after coma, another field arrangements and... and...  all in vane.

Does any one know what's wrong?

Use Firefox... I had the same problem.

Hi Folks,

i am using uccx 9.0.2 version and i need to make outbound IVR call to alternate number as well. But when i try to import first and alternate number. It gives me onlu Phone1 option on Importa Rule page. Is there any known bug or am i missing some thing,
