I would like to know if it's possible and how i can do that:
-After an agent receive the call at the end he will ask caller if he don't mind to answer to a litle survey of user satisfaction of two questions and then agent disconect or transfer a call and caller ear these two question an answer press 1 if he are satisfied with service for exemple. And i would like the answers appear in a report for that call.
How can i do this? Any suggestions / examples?
