Unable to delete agent from PG

Hi,

I've been trying to delete an agent referenced to a PG however, I keep receiving an error (please see attached file.)

Can you anyone know how to resolve this?

uncheck the Agent Enable option and then try also.Also try to cycle Agent PG and then try. I faced this issue once and cycling of Agent PG solved my problem.

Verify that the agent is actually logged out as ICM will not allow to delete agent if it is logged in.

You can check with procmon and do 'la' command on the pim.

Thanks for your response. Unfortunately, PG wherein the Agent is currently associated is no longer active. Is there any other way to check this?
