Unable to load CAD-BE through the web

I used IE 11, 10, 9 and even 8 to load the CAD-BE agent and I am getting java error.  I also download the latest java and also try to use firefox.

Java applcation error show:

Application Error: NullPointerException

Have you verified that you are using JRE 1.6.0_45? None of the Java 7 JREs have been documented as supported. Also, although less likely, only IE8 is supported on Windows 7.
