Hi Team,
We have just changes the IP Address of CUCM 6.1 and UCCX 7.1 as mentioned the procedure in documentation. After that I am not able to log in in CAD. It is giving me error, a licensing error has occured, please try after 5 mint, license server is down. I have checked on CRS and I can see Cisco Desktop LDAP monitor service and Cisco Agent Desktop sync service both are red and stopped.
Any one can help me to fix this issue. I have attached the screen shorts and agent logs. In agent logs following errors I can see.
2011-01-31 12:17:18:344 WARN LC0003 Currently in recovery to Calabrio LDAP service.
2011-01-31 12:17:18:344 ERROR LRM2002 Failed to connect to LDAP.

Hi Gents,
Now its working, I have to changed the psotinstall.exe setting on UCCX server and agent desktop. Becuase it was shoing still old entries.
Now services and CAD working is perfectly.

Did you have need to reinstall CAD after doing those changes?

No. You can always run PostInstall.exe. You may have to restart some CAD services.
