I have just set up a UCCX version 8.0(2) with CUCM 8.0(3). When i tried to log into CAD from my laptop, i encountered the following error message "The request to log into the Cisco Unified CCX application server timed out. Please verify your system is online and try again".
Has anyone encountered in problem in UCCX 8? Anything i have missed out or have not configured? I have not encountered such problem in version 7.X before.
