Hi Everybody,
I have problem on login to the CCX administration page...
Current environment:
CUCM8.6
UCCX8.5.1
CUCM has synchronized to Active Directory (LDAP server), therefore the UCCX administrator, supervisor and agents are using the AD password to login.
In last week, the LDAP synchronization has been disabled on CUCM for about 30 minutes
Then the LDAP server synchronization on CUCM has been enabled again.
But then, I am not able to login to the UCCX AppAdmin (Cisco Unified CCX Administraton) page
It returns: Log on failed - Invalid User ID or Password |
For example,
"uccxadmin1" is the end user in CUCM and has been assigned the administrator role in UCCX originally.
But after disable and enable the LDAP sync in CUCM, "uccxadmin1" cannot login to UCCX again
But I still can login the "Cisco Unified OS Administration" level
Anybody knows why I can't login again the "Cisco Unified CCX administration" Page?
Or is there any way to solve this problem?
Thanks in advance
Sam

Hi Sam - Can you just give a try by by disassociate and re-associate AXL Roles and Priviledges in CUCM for that particualr user.

Since u cn login to os admin use same credentials to login to CLI/SSH.
Try these two commands(only wrks on ccx 8.5 su2 & above i believe)
To display list of admins:
show uccx appadmin administrator
To set 1:
set uccx appadmin administrator

Just tried to switch version to ccx 8.5 su4 in CLI
but it returns "ERROR: Sync after switch version failed"
then I tried to use recovery CD to switch version .....
but after the ccx8.5 su4 startup again, seems the UCCX GUI cannot load successfully,

Check the output of command "utils service list"
If the "Cisco Tomcat" service is not comming up then try this command:
"set cert regen tomcat"
And restart the server.
If still you are unable to get the webpage up then you have 2 options either to switch back to the old version or open a TAC case.

Chuck
