Unable to see Dequeud calls in Cisco Historical Reporting tool
I am using 2 IPCC Xpress one as a primary other one as secondray, As per the script i created Call comes in queue and after 60 Secs it will transfer to my UK Service desk. In Real time reporting i am able to see the Dequeued calls but not in Cisco Historical reporting Tool.
When i am taking historical reports it's coming as an abondan calls.
Report taken by Historical Reporting tool is attached. Please try Help me in it.

How do you send the call to your UK service desk? If the call is currently in queue you should use the dequeue step before sending the call to another location or another script. If you don't it will be counted as an abandonded call instead.
