Unified Contact Center Express 5.0 IVR bandwidth requirement
I am hosting my Unified CC Express 5.0 along with CUCM 6.1 in main site and my agents are seated at a remote site. I would like to know what would be the bandwidth requirement for IVR if i expect 30 concurrent calls to the agents.
Also, i would like to know the bandwidth requirement for Music on Hold if i use G711 codec.

Depending on the codec being used and network L2 in place this will vary, typically G711 call over traditional WAN such as MPLS or Frame relay will be around 87kbps per call, G729 will be approximately 30 kbps. If you are streaming MOH from CM or IP-IVR server then the same numbers apply.
