UNIFIED CONTACT CENTER EXPRESS - EMAIL INTEGRATION WITH CRM

Hello,

We are working on a Cisco Unified Contact Center Express integration with an eBroker CRM.

We need to integrate the email sender with an event opening the eBroker tab client.

Would it be possible to use CAD macros? Is this possible through an API? Is it a limitation of Cisco technology or of our ability to raise the integration?
