Hello Everyone,

We have Cisco auto attendant console installed on our receptionist computer which she answers. I would like to know where i can download this software.

Hi,

are you referring to the "Cisco Agent Desktop" (CAD)?

I assume the receptionist is actually an agent in UCCX. If so, you can download the CAD from the UCCX server. Look underneath Tools > Plugins.

No, I was not talking about CAD. But it is similar though. Actually jogged my memory and now remember it runs CUEAC server.

could you please let me know which version of cucm you are currently having.

in cucm 7 and later you could find cisco unified communication assistant and Cisco Unified Department Attendant Console only..

Shalid, I found it and installed it. Now it is not connecting to a server. Hothis thing works ?
