upgrade agent/supervisor desktop

CRS 3.5(2). CAN I UPGRADE THE AGENT/.SUPERVISOR DESKTOP SOFTWARE that comes with this?. am having an issue across a firewall (no NAT/pat) and my security engineer is suggesting that its the application. for the agent states etc to work i have to disable packet insepction on the firewall. with it enabled i cannot see agent states etc from the supervisor.

can i leave the current 3.5 IPCC and upgrade only the CAD software?

In CRS 3.5(2) or IPCC Express the CAD software is linked to the version of CRS that you are running. Basically they have to be upgraded together and cannot be upgraded independently of each other.
