Upgrade error EIM 4.3.1 to 4.3.2

Hello, i was trying upgrade EIM 4.3.1 with ES 3 to 4.3.2.I followed instructions by Release notes document for 4.3.2. If upgrade application asked me File Server host name, i was trying type valid host name (same as for 4.3.1 installation process), but  upgrade application displayed window with message "Please enter valid file server name".

Installation process cannot continue. Please have yopu any hint for resolve this problem?

EIM 4.3.1 (ES3) is installed on one server (file server, web server, app server, db server).

we installed SR2 on a single box 4.3.1 in the lab with no issues.

sklabv012 is the name of this single box ?

Is it a case-sensitivity issue?

thanks for your answer,yes sklabv012 is hostname for single box.

I was trying lowercase/cappitals letters, IP address, but same effect :-(

How do you proceed? Have you got 4.3.1 with some ES/hotfixes? Is  your single-box in domain?

Could it be some service not running causing the File Server to be unreachable?

Thank you everybody,

problem was in system account (win 2003 prof).

Upgrade process (4.3.2) must running under same system account as installation process. (4.3.1)
