Upgrade from UCCX 7.01 to 7.02 - ISO

In the process of upgrading UCCX 5.X to get up to 9.X but needed to make the jump steps. I have the system up to 7.0(1) SR5 and now need to go to 7.0(2) in order to get to the 7.0(2) ES03.

Questions is... the 7.0(2) is an ISO file, not and EXE. I do not have access to the offsite data center hosting UCCX to put in a disc so what is the prefered method of running the upgrade? Can the files in the ISO be extracted to the hard drive and run from there? Should I mount the ISO to a drive letter? Any other method?

Please let me know how you may have done this in the past...

Thanks,

Tom

I would think the only supported method is burning it to a disc and then putting it in the drive.

However, you could probably mount it via HP's iLO (IBM RSA II) (Dell DRAC).
