I recieved an error message when upgrading to IPCC 4.0 The installation came to the point where you have to do a backup and restore. I initiated the backup on the BARS server and it completed successfully in 35 minutes. It then forces you do a restore over the top. I initiated the restore process. It ran for about 15 minutes and failed. The error message BARS logged was "Unspecified Error - TCP Connection closed unexpectedly." Here is another entry: ErrorCode=UNSPECIFIED_ERROR, statusMessage=Cluster cannot be upgraded as one node of the cluster was not backed up, or its ip address is modified:xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx The ip address listed did not belong to any of the voice servers in the network.
