Upgrade UCCX5x to UCCX 7.0-no workflows, Screen Pop doesn't work

Can anyone share their experience with this upgrade, during the upgrade we lost the workflow and had to re-create them manualy but the problem is the agent does not get screen pop even after we manually added the workflows, This was working fine in UCCX 5. My customer UCCX is retrieving Customer account from an external Oracle Database. When Agent answers call, screen pops on CAD with Customer Account, DNIS, ANIS, but this functionality is no longer working after the upgrade. Please If you experienced this issue let me know how it was corrected

Have you edited the layout assigned to the users so that the required data is displayed in CAD?
