Upgrading JTAPI on CAD

I will be performing an upgrade of my CallManager from 4.1(2)sr1 to 4.1(3)SR2 this weekend. This will upgrade my JTAPI from 2.1(2.5) to 2.1(3.11).

I know that I will need to run the JTAPI Update tool on my CRA server (v3.5(3)SR1). However the documentation is somewhat unclear on what happens to the agents that are using the CAD. Will they automatically be upgraded to the new version of JTAPI when they log into their agents? Will they see anything? ie. Please wait while you system is beinging updated.... will they need to reboot? will they need to log into CAD, get the update, logoff and back on?

Any assistance will be appreciated.

JTAPI update is only on the CRA server. Once you do that on the server all the agents shoudl be fine.

Make sure all the Engines are runnign after you do this, on CRA

What I'm trying to get is ... do the agents see anything or will this be totally transparent to them?

No agents will be on-line at the time of the upgrade.
