Use the same DN for Jtapi Trigger and Agent ICD Ext?

Has anyone ever tried this, obviously putting the two numbers in different partitions?

I tried and the calls do not seem to go through. If there are calls in queue already it will not allow the agent to go to "ready" status. If the agent is in "ready" state and calls come in it kicks the agent to "not ready"

any known workaround?

Re: Use the same DN for Jtapi Trigger and Agent ICD Ext?

To use the trigger for a different application, choose the desired application in the Application Name field in the Cisco Java Telephony API (JTAPI) trigger configuration web page.

To make the JTPAI trigger available in the CTI route point directory number drop-down list in the JTAPI trigger configuration web page, delete the JTAPI trigger from the web page.
