Using a script to call back a call if diverted to voicemail
I have a number of scripts that are basically hunt groups.
I'm using the Call Consult Transfer object to distribute an inbound call around a number of users. The problem I have is, if a member of the group sets the CWF All parameter then the script stops and routes to this destination (Normally voicemail).
Is there away in CRS scritping to ignore this paramemter and only deliver to the specified DN as configured in the script?
