we are in an evaluation project at a customer for 100-200 agents on UCCX against another Contact Center Software. We need all features from CAD so it is not possible to use CAD-BE. But the customer would not like to set up local admin rights for the users on the PCs. Ist there a solution or workaround for that? Maybe using the "poweruser" rights?
Power User rights are not sufficient to be supported. You must either join the users to the local administrators group; or, assign them the "Always install with elevated privileges" security right on Windows.
