Using Crystal Reports to get more IPCC information

I have Crystal reports installed on my desktop. Need to access IPCC reports to determine number of times a menu option is selected from an aef script? ( Press 5 for hardware solutions ) how to get started??

I doubt you could do that. IPCC won't record menu usage into database because it has no idea on how you develop menu. You could check with IPCC Express schema.

I would recommend you to implement this into script, such as: create external database, with column for each menu, so every time the menu is used, script increments counter for the menu into DB.
