Using more than one telephony trigger in UCCX

Hello,

I have UCCX 8.02 SU4 HA over WAN.  The primary box is working together with the secondary CUCM.  The secondary UCCX is in another office with the primary CUCM.  I want the script to be able to be accessible from two triggers connected to two DNs, one at each of the sites.  Is there a way to configure this so that if one DN is unavailable (Site is down), the call tries the other DN?

Thanks.

Hi,

yes, you can use the Call Forward on CTI Failure (or Call Forward No Answer/Busy) setting of the line of the CTI Route Point.

Thanks!  Mad I didn't think of that.  Too easy!
