Using ODBC datasource in script question

I have a script that polls a SQL database for information to relay back to the caller. However, if the SQL database if down, the script skips right to the default script. I would like for the caller to get forwarded to an agent if this happens rather than going to the default script. Is there an exception step that I can create, or something within the DBRead or DBWrite steps? I don't want the entire script to be dependant on the database being up or down.

Re: Using ODBC datasource in script question

Hi,

I am using a database lookup where I have specified all the parameters regarding the incoming call, if bd lookup is failed I comnnect the x to another goto script where a normal call treatment is done.

Regards

Atul.
