Video call center

Any one has a call center for people with special needs like hearing and speach challanged.

A customer has video call for sign language then that needs to be delivered to agent who interacts with video....

any ideas or pointers?

CVP7.0 in conjunction with UCCE introduced video contact center. Here is a pointer to a description. See Table 2 for video details.
