I have a script that lets a caller leave a message that is called back into the CSQ and answered by the next available agent. The message is saved as a .wav file and tagged with date/time/calling#. I'm trying to also write the answering agent's extension into the file name but haven't found a way to get it into a variable using this callback method because the call never gets re-queued on a way that selects a resource. The agent accesses the message by pressing any key. I can force this to be 4 digits and have the agent?s told that they must use their extension but they could really use any 4 digits. Any ideas would be appreciated.
