we are using H.323 gateway with CCM 4.3 and IPCC Express 4.1. we have a very weird problem that we have 4FXO card with 4 Lines that map to an UAN number
111-465-123 and have four line
when a customer calls the first call is successfull arrived on IVR but when in the mean time any other customer call its call get busy.
we tested four lines directly with their "56" number to check whether UAN working or not but same problem occur. we also replaced 4FXO card but still same problem. we also check Maximum Number of Session on IVR its 10 allocated.
