hi,
i am using ipccx ver 7.0 and cucm version 6.1 (4).. when i select the agent in the CSD and press the voice monitor button it gives error..kindly find the attached error... i am using 7970 hardphone. Do i need to configure something else to make it work

This is likely a result of you not using a support Network Interface Card.

hi,
I have one confusion.. do i need to configure the second nic of ipccx as a span port..and the ip phones and pc connected to these ip phones should be spanned to that switch port connected to the second nic of ipccx..
secondly Cisco supervisor desktop is not showing me the CSQ tree for voice as well as its real time display data.. event though every thing is checked in veiw > preferences..
