I have a customer that wants me to push their voicemail messages (Unity 8.5) to a queue in UCCX so the voicemail messages is "pushed" to an agent to listen to the message. No callback is needed.
They want to be able to do this both during business hours, but more importantly, have the voicemail messages that were left after business hours pushed into queue when agents begin logging in at the beginning of shift.
Is this possible? Does anyone have some generic scripting to get me started?
