Do i need to configure SPAN on the network so that i can enable features such as Barge-in and Intercept on the VOIP monitor server? I'm not interested in voice recording at this point, just barge-in and intercepting calls. Thanks
do you still need to configure SPAN on CRS 4.0(2)? I am working with the call recording of agents and It works for one agent but not for other agents and I do not have span configured. I get a recorded file but it is just dead air.
