VXML server unreachable problem

Hello ,

if the license isn't uploaded , so what is the expected status massege ? is it "unreachable" or "DOWN" ??

and can i devide the license based on the ports quantity and system id ???

The VXML server will show only one of two states - "unreachable" or "UP".

No. You licence the primary server for the ports you have purchased, and the secondary for the redundant ports you have purchased. You obtain two different licences from Cisco using two different system IDs and install them.

You can confirm behaviour by VNC'ing to the VXML server itself and starting the Cisco VXML Server from services.msc and looking in the log file to see it complain about the licence.

The Ops Console is a convenient way of managing the CVP servers; but you can go directly to the boxes.

I want to back u geoff here and also specify that I would check the stderr logs of the VXMLServer Apache service to clearly see whether the license is working or now, just went throught all this.
