Wallboard via HTTP trigger

I am working on a wallboard application that is launched via HTTP trigger. It is currently implemented on UCCX 7.0.1 SR5. I saw discussions about the reason code text description not being available in the database, so I just kludged together a copy table on a separate SQL server. I am not thrilled with that, but it does work. What I am trying to determine now is if I can identify the the CSQ of a call when I have a talking resource. I suspect this will drive off of a combination of AgentStateDetail and/or ContactCallDetail, but I haven't made the connection yet.

Wallboard via HTTP trigger

Here is something I came up with, but I don't have any calls in queue at the moment. Thoughts anybody?

select ContactQueueDetail.*, ContactCallDetail.*, Resource.*

from ContactQueueDetail, ContactCallDetail, AgentConnectionDetail, Resource

where ContactQueueDetail.targetid in

(

    select contactServiceQueueID

    from ContactServiceQueue

    where CSQName like 'Helpdesk%'

    and active = 1

)

and ContactQueueDetail.sessionid = ContactCallDetail.sessionid

and ContactQueueDetail.sessionSeqNum = ContactCallDetail.sessionSeqNum

and ContactQueueDetail.nodeID = ContactCallDetail.nodeID

and ContactQueueDetail.profileID = ContactCallDetail.profileID

and ContactQueueDetail.sessionid = AgentConnectionDetail.sessionid

and ContactQueueDetail.sessionSeqNum = AgentConnectionDetail.sessionSeqNum

and ContactQueueDetail.nodeID = AgentConnectionDetail.nodeID

and ContactQueueDetail.profileID = AgentConnectionDetail.profileID

and AgentConnectionDetail.resourceID = Resource.resourceID

and Resource.active = 1
