I am working on a wallboard application that is launched via HTTP trigger. It is currently implemented on UCCX 7.0.1 SR5. I saw discussions about the reason code text description not being available in the database, so I just kludged together a copy table on a separate SQL server. I am not thrilled with that, but it does work. What I am trying to determine now is if I can identify the the CSQ of a call when I have a talking resource. I suspect this will drive off of a combination of AgentStateDetail and/or ContactCallDetail, but I haven't made the connection yet.
