Webview custom report to show dialed numbers

Guys,

I'm trying to appease a group and create a customized report showing all outgoing calls and the dialed numbers. Does ICM even capture that data? If so, what report has that data.

There is no existing report that has that data. You would need to build a custom report that queries the Termination_Call_Detail table

yes, actually, ICM does capture this data in the Termination_Call_Detail table.

Unfortunately there is no Webview template to show the outbound calls, but you can easily build one using Infomaker.

If you don't have infomaker, consider purchasing a license, it's really cheap ( < 200 USD)
