Webview(Historical Reports) Outbound Option

Dear All

I am trying to extract Historical reports in webview for outbound option the report is generated but it shows only the reports for the current day and the reports for all other dates just like vanish.    

Reports can be genrated properly for both inbound campaigns ans also when we extract  outbound option call types.

When you have enabled and installed dialer? Are you trying to generate reports before installation?

I am talking about dialers in a running environmnet . Campaigns are running everything is fine. But Historical reports are seen only for the current day. Previous reports cannot be seen.
