Is icm2 the hostname of the AW / HDS? Also, in the agent real time data you would be able to see the details only when the agents are logged on to the agent desktop (CAD / CTIOS toolkit). The agent media logout status will be populated only after the agent logs out of the system. Are you not able to see the agent details even if they are logged on to the system? Can you explain in more detail of the issue. Also, could you please check the processes running between logger and AW?
