My user gets this error when running ICM WebView Report v. 7.2.3- "Job(s) couldn't be added because your windows username, 'Jane.Doe', does not have administrative privileges on machine."
Does this report really need Local Administrative Rights on local PC to run just a report? Does anyone know which Windows processes it is looking for a elevated access to run this report? e.g. schtasks.exe? We have an alternate software that gives elevated access to just a processes without handing user a Local Admin. I really hate to give user a local admin to run this report?
Any help or input would be really appreciated. Cisco user/admin manual was worthless.
