I was reading an Application Note called Cisco Internet Service Node (ISN) Version 2.0 Reporting last night. It's hard to know the exact date of this document - perhaps 2003. I was wondering if there was an updated version of this document for CVP.
The screen shots are very blurry in this PDF, and it makes it hard to see how Cisco have aligned configuration data in App Admin and ICM Admin with WebView. I'm particularly interested in the Network Trunk Group configuration and the Service configuration (peripheral numbers 1 and 2) to get WebView reports.
I configured a NTG with TGs off each CVP PIM with peripheral numbers matching the Group ID in App Admin (we are using the default of 100 for new calls). We use 100 on each CVP, but the document implies one should use a different number on each CVP. That does not seem to be necessary as I am seeing real time and historical data with my configuration.
The CVP config guide on page 393 (Section E-5) contains a fairly brief section on WebView reporting with the Cisco VXML Server. It does not appear that the instructions in the App Note for ISN 2.0 have been included.
Am I missing something? Is there a later document? Is the info in this old document relevant to CVP in a Comprehensive Model using the CVP VXML Server?

The below trick might come handy when you have to add a new node to a cluster but you don't have or is unsure of the security password for the publisher. This procedure has been around for ages.
1) Login into the CLI of the Publisher.
