what dose CRS mean ??

I want to take IPCCX 642-161 Exam , when I read some manuals I found some words like "CRA and CRS" I believe they are same , but what dose CRS mean ?? I know "CCM , ICM , IVR , Unity " but which one of them is CRS ?????? and the manuals talks about CRS Editor I found it in one of our IVR servers dose that mean CRS=IVR ???

Really I am so sorry for my bad question but it is very important for me ..

CRS stands for Customer Response Solutions. This product was previously called CRA (Customer Response Applications). CRS is comprised of IPCC, IP IVR, and IP QM. The CRS Editor is used to create and edit scripts for CRS (for example, an auto attendant script or a script that allows the caller to enter an account number and retrieve account information).
