what is the difference between each intervale in the caltyp23 report?

Dears,

Regarding webview reporting, caltyp23, we have “Abandinterval1” till “Abandinterval10”. So what is the duration of each interval?

Please find attached a screen shot of the mentioned report.

Thanks

Each call type can be assigned a bucket interval in configuration manager.

You can create new bucket intervals, which will allow you to count the number of calls abandoned at different stages.

default is 8secs, 30, 60, 90 etc ...

See bucket intervals list in configuration manager.

since it is for that 30 minute interval, each abandon interval got to be 3 minutes each, but I could not find a document which states that

just to confirm if each interval is 3 minutes each or not, if you have a test lab, abandon a call in the first minute and then in the fifteenth minute and then see how they appear on this report.

Hey Kartik,

Logically I agree with you, but it is weird that always the last four intervals take a zero as value.

Anyway, I will test it later on.

Thank you

These are defined in the Bucket Intervals List, look for that in configuration manager.
