The system is IPCC Express Standard 4.0(4)

Re: where are the CRS sripts stored

Hi,

try to look in this directory:

C:\Program Files\wfavvid\scripts

You could see three directories and there are stored all the '.aef' scripts files.

Hope this helps,

Thanks Juan.

I thought the scripts should be there. However, after a scripts was uploaded, I searched all hard drives, they can't be found.

Re: where are the CRS sripts stored

The scripts uploaded in IVR/CRS/IPCC Express are in the repository - ldap.

You can access them using the web admin in script management section or using the script editor (4.0) looking in the repository ( not on the disk). Yu can look in the docs if you don't know how to use these tools. I hope it helps.
