WIM 4.4 forcing chat window to customer

We have a request to force, or pop, a chat box to a customer when they have been on a web page for 60 seconds.  This chat box should remain on the screen for another 60 seconds, and then disappear.  There will always be the static link to chat with somebody, but also want to pop a chat window directly on the screen to a customer.  Is there a way to do this with WIM 4.4?  I haven't found anything in any of the documentation I've read but may have either missed it or not have the write documentation.  Thanks in advance.

This would be what is called proactive chat or offers. This is not available in this release.

Externally if you can write your own java script and track time etc... based on cookies you can pop the link to chat external to the capabilities of the product,

How this works in the product is you would have pages and you need a service monitoring the page and when the required trigger is met the application will prompt for chat, that would be in the next product road map, please reach out to the PM team.
