I'm trying to configure WIM 4.4 so that completed chats send a transcript to a distribution list instead of/in addition to the customer. Under Entry Points, for the Transcript option of Servicec chats, the field for "To" is unavailable and simply states "<Email address associated with the chat activity.>" Does anybody know how to change this to something else, specifically a distribution list? Thanks in advance.
Currently there is no bcc available for chat transcript so the best alternative is to use the wim chat report which is more user friendly and allows you to drill down to a chat. You can also review all chats from the search by logging in as an agent. This would be a candidate for PERS so please submit a tac request.
