Hello Anyone know if I can change the color of the words you type an agent and a client? I know that there is a button to change the color but this only applies to a paragraph of words that are sent at one time, but at the end of sent this paragraph the system resets the color black.
You can change the color of the text in the template's CSS. You will need access to the actual chat server where the templates are stored. Make sure you know what you are doing in here before making any changes. Also, changing the color in the template only changes the color that appears on the customer side and not on the agent side.

There isn't much in the way of documentation when it comes to customizing the CSS for the templates. Most of what I figured out was from trial and error. The best (only) documenation that I've found regarding the template sheets is below:
Correct, HTML code #000333 will give you a dark blue color. All you need to do is change the code to the color you want and save the change. To test out the change, just lauch the template from IE. You may need to clear your IE browser history first. No need to stop any services.
