I ordered a single license of WIM to set it up in the lab and the license shipped successfully after much waiting. Once I got the envelopes, there was no software install disks. I proceeded to look out in the Downloads and only saw the upgrades available to download. Since then, I have started up multiple TAC cases to see how to get the missing install disks replaced, but I am having no luck. Does anyone know if there is a media part number that I can order? Or is there some other way of getting the software? Any help is much appreciated.
