Hello Right now, I'm configuring WIM session chat but I get this parameters Delay Time (in min) , how can I do to delete this fields, this confuses the customer when the add the data such as name, email, telephone and when it reaches this parameter does not know what to do, that's why I want to know how to delete this field.
can anyone help me?

Login as an administrator and go to Admin Console.
Under tree pane, go to Admin - Department - "department name" - Chat - Template
Choose the template you want in the List pane.
Choose the "Options" tab below in the Properties pane.
Click on the "Log in" value
Highlight the row you want to delete (object - Activity Data; attribute - Call Time) and delete it, then save the change.
