Does anyone know how to get support this animal or there is separate forum for this ? Or I can ask a question here ?

Ok,

Is it possible to automate data import by 1/2 hour interval also have daily totals for the following statistics. OB calls, OB average after call time-if any,# of associates in OB state.

Also why there are discrepencies in the data between uccx and wfm.(Total log in time ,call handled data ).

I believe outbound stats are rather limited here.

There's lots of fixes post v8.5(2) around statistics. Checkout the v9 release notes.
