Wrap up Codes on outbound calls

hello all

when an agent places a call to a customer, once the call is finished the wrap up codes aren't displayed to the agent

is there a way to enable wrap up codes on outbound calls ?

we have ucs 7.0.1sr5 HA

Hi Cristobal,

you can configure a work flow in Cisco Desktop Administrator based on your requirement.
