Hi,
i have UCCE and most agents have Agent desk settings progile, but the supervisor need to change the wrap-up time for set of agents, i created new Agent desk settings profile and assigned it to the agents, but the wrap-up time isn't changed and still as is,m so is there another feild or place on the configuration manager to change the wrap-up time or the agent desk setting??

Nope - that's it. You've done it correctly. The agent would have to log in and out again.

they did, but no changes occured
i noted that the PG is assigned with the old Agent desk settings, so i think the new agents inherit the wrap-up time from that assigned with the PG settings,so how we can solve this issue.
another different issue:could you please comment on another issue i opened is on the forum before minutes which is 'two UCCE merging"
