How in the world can a DPC2325 be reset to factory defaults? The customer has forgotten the
username & password for accessing wireless setup.
I have tried holding in the "Reboot" button for 10 & 30 seconds both with & without power. Doesn't affect anything.

Since pressing the reset button for more that 10 sec, as recommended, did not work. I recommend to call your service provider.
