"Unable to launch application" Error when trying to login into UCS Manager
If you get that error message and the UCSM GUI do not start you can try to disable HTTPS, and log in successfully.
Open an ssh session to the UCSM ip address and do the following:
UCS# scope system
UCS /system # scope services
UCS /system/services # enable http
UCS /system/services # disable http-redirect Warning: When committed, this closes all the web sessions.
UCS /system/services* # commit
If you are able to open the GUI in a different computer you can try:
Admin Tab :: Filter Dropdown:: Communications Management ::Communications Services. HTTP Section: Admin State: "Enabled" radio button Redirect HTTP to HTTPS: "Disabled" radio button
